General Terms of Sale
The offer and sale of products available on the website www.caseificiosangiorgio.it are governed by the General Terms of Sale described below, which are an integral part of the purchase contract of any product. Placing an order implies the customer's acceptance of these terms.
Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms of Sale at any time. Such changes will be effective only in relation to purchase orders submitted after the date of modification.
1. PURCHASE
Products can be purchased from the www.caseificiosangiorgio.it website 24 hours a day.
By clicking on the "Submit Order" button, the customer places an order with Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa. The order is considered, in all respects, a contractual proposal by the customer that Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa will promptly confirm by sending an email to the email address provided by the customer.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the products published on www.caseificiosangiorgio.it include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties, and fees that may be applicable in the destination country of the products, if different from Italy, which will be borne by the customer.

3. SHIPPING

The maximum weight limit for shipping is 50kg. Orders exceeding this weight will not be accepted. It is possible to contact Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa for orders over 50kg.
The available shipping methods are shown during the purchase process as they vary based on the type of product, availability, weight, size, and destination country.
The packaging of the ordered goods is free of charge;

If the goods are not directly available, the shipping times may be up to 15 working days.
If the selected products are no longer available, we will inform the customer as soon as possible of the unavailability of the ordered products.
Subsequently, a refund of the amount paid will be arranged, using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The company grants the purchaser the right to return as provided by law; this applies exclusively in the case of purchases made by private customers. According to this legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, they must send a communication by registered mail to:

It is advisable that the communication is anticipated by email, provided that it is confirmed within the next 48 hours using the above method. The right applies to the entire purchased item; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the product. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, intact and without tampering.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer via insured prepaid. Cash on delivery or freight collect packages will not be accepted. The integrity of the product and the packaging to be returned is essential for exercising the right of withdrawal. After receiving the contested goods and verifying their condition, Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the communication, the entire order amount paid for the goods by Bank Transfer through the bank details (IBAN code) of the Customer's current account.
Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa is not responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect address or one not provided by us.
5. ORDERS WITH IN-STORE PICKUP
From our shop, it is also possible to purchase without paying shipping costs and directly pick up the goods already paid for in our store.
6. DISCOUNT COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
Oratorio San Giorgio Società Agricola Cooperativa often offers discount codes or promotional products. Promotional products will already have the discounted price, and no additional discount code will be necessary. Products will be on promotion for a variable period of time and may be re-listed at full price without notice.
Discount codes are offered during specific periods and dates. Each discount code has specific validity and will be usable only within the predetermined time frame. If a promotional code has expired, it will no longer be usable.
It is not possible to apply a discount code after the order has been completed.
